Bright and sunny today!

1 - I got a job, finally, at a little sandwich shop down the road named Slips. My first day was today, got to wash dishes, slice tomatoes and onions, grate cheese and learn how to make all the coffee drinks, although it'll take ages to learn all the sandwich combinations. My shift ended conveniently around lunchtime, so I "practised" making a sandwich and got to eat it, which was a nice way to end the first day. My boss, Terry, just had a baby boy, so he was particularly chatty and in a love-the-world mood, another good way to be introduced to your new boss.
2 - Currently planning a couple "vacation" ideas with my housemate, Joe. Greece is ideal, but I don't know if I want to (and can afford to) go alone. So next up on the list is Berlin. And more locally, London.
3 - The snow is still on the ground, but the sun was so perfect today that the sidewalks have melted.
4 - I can't get springtime in Atlanta out of my head! It'll be cold here for ages yet, but I want some sun.
