My favorite pair of boots, i.e. my only pair of boots, i.e. the warmest pair of boots that I have, i.e. my only piece of waterproof footwear, are dying. The heels are coming off because I've literally worn them out since I've been here.
Objective: go downtown tomorrow in search of new boots.
Forseeable niggles (English word for obstacle, aha): European women are small and thus they have small feet. American women aren't always small and thus they don't always have small feet.
